The two day seminar will focus on modern kyorugi (championship fighting). It will cover latest fighting techniques, training methods and competitive psychology as taught in Korea. The intricacies of the innovative and winning styles of legendary world famous Korean Grand Master -CHANG SEONG DONG (9th DAN/ WTF)- will also be introduced.

The second day of the seminar will introduce students to the relationship between Taekwondo & Yoga. Yogic Meditation, Pranayama (Breathing) and Relaxation techniques complement and adds longevity to the Taekwondo competitive years and performance.

Yoga Shiromani Babeesh Narayan from Kerala will lead this session.

Taekwondo International Dojangs at the 4th India TIA Open International Taekwondo Championship 2019.We won 6 GOLD, 4SILVER and 4 BRONZE Medals with a 19 member team ( 23rd and 24th DEC- Kolkata)

RINZING LAMA of Jubilee HS School,Kalimpong won DOUBLE GOLD MEDALS IN POOMSAE & her favourite event KYORUGI.

To celebrate the 2019 International Yoga Day on 21st JUNE (FRIDAY), we at MoZEN are organizing a special discourse on "MUDRAS & BANDHAS".

This discourse will be given by our revered Yoga Acharya Parameswaran P.S. from Kerala. We will also be holding a special yoga class in keeping with this theme. We look forward to your participation to make this a memorable experience.

As our esteemed members. please invite and bring your friends and family members to join this event as our guests.

The Yoga Acharya will also do a small demonstration for all keeping with the SPIRIT of YOGA.

The discourse and yoga class will be followed by light refreshment at our members lounge.
